Authenticity Guarantee
Every piece is hand-selected, cleaned, and described using over 20 years of vintage experience. When a listing says a piece is vintage, it is vintage. If an item isn't as described, I'll refund you in full, including shipping.
Vintage Condition
Every piece here is pre-loved and often decades old, so expect gentle signs of age and use, like light scratches, softened plating or finish, small marks, or patina. That's part of each piece's history and charm, and nothing will look fresh off a showroom floor.
Anything beyond normal wear, such as chips, cracks, repairs or damage, is always pointed out in the description and shown in the photos. If an item arrives with a flaw I didn't mention, my return policy has you covered.

Vintage Super 8 Movie Lot of 3 | Apollo 11 Man on the Moon Official NASA Footage, Blackhawk Making of Broncho Billy & Prevue 8 Sampler | Original Boxes
Do you remember where you were when Neil Armstrong stepped onto the moon? In 1969 families could buy that moment to keep, on a little reel of film for the home projector. This lot of three vintage Super 8 home movies pairs official NASA moon landing footage with two Blackhawk Films classics, each in its original box.
What's in the lot:
- Apollo 11: Man on the Moon, Official NASA Footage, a Columbia Pictures 8mm Home Movie in Super 8 black and white, on a small red reel. The back of the box shows Columbia's Program of Space Films, picturing Gemini 4 Space Walk, Gemini 6-7 Rendezvous in Space and Apollo 8 Moon Orbit (those films aren't included). There's an old Blackhawk Films stock sticker on the front.
- The Making of Broncho Billy (1913), in the green "Blackhawk 8mm. Movies" box. An Essanay silent western starring Gilbert M. "Broncho Billy" Anderson, the movies' first cowboy star. Label numbered 860362085.
- Prevue 8, Blackhawk's Classic Film Sampler, in the blue Blackhawk box. A sampler reel Blackhawk made to show off its catalog. The box art shows Laurel & Hardy, Chaplin, early autos, airplanes, a steam train and a hot air balloon.
- Material: Super 8 movie film on plastic reels (one red, two gray), in printed cardboard boxes
- Maker: Columbia Pictures (Apollo 11); Blackhawk Films, The Eastin-Phelan Corporation, Davenport, Iowa (Broncho Billy and Prevue 8)
- Era: About 1969 to the 1970s
- Format: Super 8, black and white. The labels don't say sound, so we're listing them as silent. They need a Super 8 projector or viewer; regular 8mm machines won't run Super 8.
- Size: Apollo 11 box about 5 1/4" square with a 5" reel; Blackhawk boxes about 7 1/2" square with 7" reels
- Count: 3 reels in 3 original boxes
- Color: Yellow, purple, green, blue, red and gray
- Condition: Untested and sold as is, as collectibles. We haven't run them through a projector. The green Broncho Billy box is well worn, with scuffs and rubbed edges. The blue Prevue 8 box has edge wear and a few small spots. The Apollo 11 box has light wear and the sticker on the front. Please see all photos.
