Processing Time
All orders ship from Sebring, Florida, within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Jewelry & Small Finds
$8 flat rate per order, no matter how many pieces you add. Free shipping on jewelry & small finds orders of $45 or more!

Larger & Fragile Pieces
Shipping for larger and fragile pieces is calculated at checkout by USPS, based on the size and weight of your order and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost before you pay. All larger and fragile pieces are carefully packed to arrive safely.

Add-On Treasures Under $10
Add-ons ship free when ordered with any regular item. If shipping for an add-on is charged at checkout, it is refunded within 24 hours of your order. Ordering add-ons only? Regular shipping applies.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for jewelry & small finds for $15.

Local Pickup
Local to Highlands County, Florida? Pickup is available by appointment at a public meeting spot in Sebring. Place your order as usual, then email me at hello@oddlydarlingvintage.com to arrange a time. Your shipping charge is refunded once pickup is confirmed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging and email me at hello@oddlydarlingvintage.com within 5 days of delivery. I will refund your purchase, including shipping.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, email me at hello@oddlydarlingvintage.com and I'll work with you to resolve it.
