Authenticity Guarantee
Every piece is hand-selected, cleaned, and described using over 20 years of vintage experience. When a listing says a piece is vintage, it is vintage. If an item isn't as described, I'll refund you in full, including shipping.
Vintage Condition
Every piece here is pre-loved and often decades old, so expect gentle signs of age and use, like light scratches, softened plating or finish, small marks, or patina. That's part of each piece's history and charm, and nothing will look fresh off a showroom floor.
Anything beyond normal wear, such as chips, cracks, repairs or damage, is always pointed out in the description and shown in the photos. If an item arrives with a flaw I didn't mention, my return policy has you covered.

Vintage Chinese Cloisonné Dragon Vase | Yellow Dragon Chasing Flaming Pearl | Cobalt Blue Cloud Scroll Ground | Gilt Brass | Mid-Late 20th Century | 8"
In Chinese art the dragon chasing the flaming pearl stands for the pursuit of wisdom and good fortune. What would you set beside this one? This vintage Chinese cloisonné vase shows a bold yellow dragon winding around the body, reaching for the flaming pearl among pastel clouds, on a deep cobalt blue ground filled with tiny gilt-wire cloud scrolls.
Cloisonné is made by soldering fine metal wires onto a brass body, filling each little cell with colored enamel, then firing and polishing it. The dragon's scales, whiskers and claws are all outlined this way. A ruyi-style border circles the neck and a band of green waves rings the foot. The flared rim, interior and foot are gilt brass, and the base is finished in turquoise enamel.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with bright enamel. No dents or missing enamel seen. The gilding shows light wear, with some darkening and toning on the foot rim and base edge. Small pits in the enamel are normal for cloisonné. Unmarked. Please see all photos.
